Job Title: Customer Service (Info Counter)
Job Description:
- Maintain courteous customer service and respond promptly to customer questions, complaints and/or requests.
- Must be able to converse in English, Mandarin, & Malay
- Perform other tasks deemed necessary for the smooth operations of the Mall or instructed by the Supervisor.
- Pleasant and responsible personality, service oriented, patient, confident, self motivated, a good team player and able to work independently.
- Able to work on shift
- Preferable with 1 year job experience & able to start immediately
